Federal Punch 9mm VS .38 Special ULTIMATE Test

This is the ultimate test between 9mm and .38 Special with the Federal Punch line of ammunition. I am testing with 10% equivalent FBI gel from 4 different barrel lengths as well as getting some chronograph averages from a 4" and 2" barrel with the .38 Special and 5" and 3.2" with the 9mm.
