The follow up video on my P365XL. This is now my spring / summer EDC. Might even be the fall / winter EDC. Just want to clarify the part in the video about the vendor at a gun show making Kydex holsters. I had him make me one but mine is Carbon Fiber, not Kydex

The RMR is probably made plastic to keep the weight down but still a light alloy would be just as lightweight. I will stick with the factory Tritium day/night sights on my 365. I use a Kusiak signature minimalist canted tuckable leather IWB holster. Its shape formed to the 365. It is a very tight fit and had to be stretch broken in. Very comfortable with great retention and not bulky. Thin leather is treated stiff so it does not collapse and I can reholster with it. I think they do make a 365XL version. They will provide a relief cut in the front of the holster for an RMR or red dot sight if that is your thing. I am very happy with mine. I think they are the best holsters on the market. For OWB I just use a cheap leather Bulldog brand slide/slip belt holster and it does the job fine. Thanks for sharing.

The Kusiak seems like a nice holster. If I get tired of the carbon fiber one I have I may give one a try. I prefer leather anyway.

@RobertM: I use a similar model to your bulldog holster for my Tisas Zigana M16 that I open carry around my property.

@NC Gun Guy : If I wear a holster its going to be leather. Its comfortable and quiet. If you get a good one then you have good retention and reholstering. I even sometimes use nylon and suede holsters if it serves the purpose. Plastic to me is not comfortable being too bulky, too stiff and hard, and noisy.

I haven't tried it yet but I've heard "computer glasses" can help. Something different about them versus readers. I have the same issue. Distance is still great but up close not so good. I have also developed some astigmatism so red dots aren't as crisp as they used to be. Also, found out I'm left eye dominate but right handed so when I shoot pistol with both eyes open I have to remember to line the sights up to the left to help avoid parallax.

I have not tried computer glasses, may have to look int them. Due for eye doctor appointment anyway. Red dot really helped on pistol though. It took some time to get used to it. I found myself looking for the iron sites vice the dot.
