Glock 17 Flux Brace vs. SIG MPX-k: Which is Better, Braced Pistol or PDW?
In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves compares perhaps the best pistol "brace" on the market - the Flux Defense brace for the Glock 17, against the SIG MPX-k. Both of these guns have the same size barrel, but there are a lot of differences. In fact, many say that the pistol with the brace now outperforms the submachinegun or pistol caliber carbine, but is this true? James goes over the pros and cons of each in this episode of TFBTV.

Ok I watched the video and Im sad to say I dont think the flux brace got a fair review when compairing it to SIG MPX-k. For one if your gonna add the brace to your pistol then do it the justice of adding the other components that would make the gun a pdw style weapon, i.e. the front grip and a Mako or similiar style glock rail mount. Because then with the front grip attached to the lower rails you can hold your pistol steady, and if you add a reflex sight to the upper rails it which will elevate your sight picture to where its supposed to be without having to worry about it moving back and forth with the slide. I mean use a little imagination and dress up the pistol properly to go up against a designated pdw. Then you will see the difference. Im just saying dont throw a brace on a butt naked handgun and say it doesnt really work well. Right?
