I read a comment last month or so that someone asked a Big channel about the Pins Walking Out if there Polymer 80 Frame. That Big channel or Anyone cept I gave a reason & Fix.

Erok,,, after seeing your comment id say to get some Black or Clear Silicon Sealer & put some on the Pin And in the Holes,,, That way the pin will Never Walk out But Still Easy to remove.
Hope that's a help for you

Tactical Toolbox I had issues with my rear rail, I contacted them and the sent me a new one. I also had fitment issues with the second one as well. It was better but not perfect, I put the frame back in the jig and redrilled the rear hole a little and like an idiot left the rear rail in. Now the rear pin wants to walk out a little after shooting some rounds (still having malfunctions). Any ideas on what I can do to stop the pin from walking out? I will add once I fix these issues I will be very happy. In my opinion this frame is a much improvement on the OEM frame. Also for anyone that cares the G20sf frame feels fatter in the hand compared to the p80 pf45 which is what I was hoping for. Great content Thank you

Probably 10mm simply because I have a .G22 and a Colt New Service .38 - 40 which would take the same bullets.

I would do 357sig it hits like a train, penetrates soft barriers reliably, and doesn't over penetrate soft tissue

FYI, EFK Fire Dragon makes a dual stage recoil spring for this beast and helps tame it a bit! Decent price

I already have a g21, going to grab an aftermarket 10mm barrel so I can do both! 10mm is definitely a more powerful round!

I’ll probably go with 45acp since I reload that. Great video. Glad you had some issues so we could see you work them out. Had similar with my first build. Keep up the good work brother

I did a P80 compact build. I used an Exacto saw for the recoil spring area. I used the wife's Emory set for the file work. It flexes and doesn't scratch other areas. I had to file quite a bit on the rear rail to get it to clear the trigger bar. It shoots really well. Looking forward to the next build.
