High Capacity Magazines Are Not Evil

After every mass shooting, people always try to ban guns or limit magazine capacity. A detailed study by distinguished criminologist, Gary Kleck, reveals that in only 21 of 88 mass shootings (1994-2013) only 21 (24%) used large capacity magazines.

The round count does not lead to a higher casualty count in-and-of-itself, but rather the training and ability of the perpetrator combined with what they are willing to do has more bearing.
