Posting to help other Pioneer 500/520 owners who may need to do this service and don't want to pay a dealer. The most time consuming aspect was taking the seats and the trays off and all of the plastic retainer clips. This is done at 100 miles and 20 hrs. My factory exhaust valve was at .007" and the Intake was at .002".

Your rocker arms should have some free play in them at Top Dead Center. If they do not, rotate the engine over again to "T". You can also use the screw driver method.
