Judge Rules: Cook County Forest Gun Ban Unconstitutional! BUT DON'T CARRY YET.

A judge has ruled that the ban on concealed carry in cook county forest preserves is unconstitutionally overbroad and has struck down the ban. But, don't carry yet! The judge also gave the Illinois politicians 6 months to "act definitively" on the matter. So the ban is still in effect for the next 6 months, unless the state legislature decides to do something about the ruling.
