We were finally able to get a Lipsey's Exclusive in for review that we had been having a tough time locating. This is the Ruger Bearcat Shopkeeper. It has a stainless steel frame, red wood laminate birdshead grips, non fluted, 6 round engraved cylinder with a nice compact 3" barrel.
