Massachusetts Stun Gun Law Unconstitutional

The United States Supreme Court has shockingly told the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts to revisit their ruling on a case, Caetano v. Massachusetts, in which the court said the 2nd Amendment did not apply to stun guns.

Electronic weapons have long been illegal in Massachusetts, and the MA SJC stated that since they are "dangerous and unusual" and "not common use" when the Bill of Rights was enacted, they were not protected by the 2nd Amendment.
