Join me as I take a first look at the Brand New Mossberg 940 JM PRO Shotgun. A truly turnkey competition 12 gauge shotgun that has significant improvements over the older Mossberg 930 models.
First and foremost, the gas system was re-engineered. This lets the new 940 go well beyond 1000 rounds before it requires cleaning. Additionally the entire Loading Port has been reworked to facilitate faster reloads.
The Shotgun also features an adjustable length of pull, 9+1 capacity, Briley choke tubes, oversized charging handle and bolt release button as well as two color options, Tungsten Grey or Multicam Black. With a MSRP of $1015, there is a lot of value packed into the new Mossberg 940 JM PRO.
