NRA Pincus Deposition: Voluntary

Rob Pincus appeared at the scheduled deposition at the request of the NRA in their lawsuit against Ackerman-McQueen voluntary. As he is not party to the suit and has done nothing to improperly obtain or distribute any "leaked" documents, he had nothing to hide and was not interested in avoiding the deposition due to a legal technicality or improper service. The lawyers representing Ackerman-McQueen Evan the proceedings with a vehement objection to the deposition taking place, based on the service issues, the timing and the location.
They have accused the NRA of "abuse of process".
