Military and law enforcement have something else to think about other than their oath. If they violate their oath then how do they expect the public to respect them or their authority? The public won't. Add to that they should be thinking about the repercussions or ramifications or consequences whatever you want to call it on their families. This is not some foreign distant land. This is on their home soil and folks know who they are. They and their families cannot hide from the public.
