No other YouTube channel has as much variety as davidgpo. I have a lot of experience tinkering yet I'm not afraid to take on challenges that I've never encountered before.
I cover life events, car maintenance & repairs, aviation, mechanical & appliance repair, home repairs & maintenance, cooking, shooting, gunsmithing, welding, wine making, tool reviews, plumbing and landscaping. But why limit myself? I'm always open to learning something new, like paintless dent repair.

My goal is to educate younger people to become self sufficient so they can lead independent lives. I get a lot of satisfaction from kind comments.

I just needed a barrel and a lower receiver. I obtained a Faxon barrel from Brownell's. It's not historically correct because the bore is not chrome plated, it's nitrided. You may have to search high and low for a proper barrel. I obtained a proper 80% lower from Nodak Spud.
