Polymer80 Buil tutorial plus speed Hack! Brownells Exclusive!

Building a Polymer80 for the first time can seem a bit overwhelming. After all you going to spend a good amount of money and you do not want to mess it up. I assure you if you take your time and follow the instructions you will do just fine and love your final product.  There may be a bit of fine tuning needed on some builds.   I have had a few that needed nothing to run like a banshee in the night and I have had others that needed a burr taken off the rear inner rail and some sanding and polishing of the locking block.

Remember you are building a custom gun and with any custom build there will often times be finishing work needed.  I hope to save you some time and money in mistakes by putting out this tutorial. You need to ensure this is legal in your state, city  or town and that you follow all local laws and ordinances.  There are now serial numbered lowers available for states like CA.
