I'm so sick of seeing buggered screws.....so many, so widespread. They can't ALL be created by the few "destroyers of all good things" people that are out there. My theory is that even halfway competent folks bugger screws. I'm no expert, but I do believe this might help. The more bits in your set the better but go at least 50 different drivers.

If you look close you can see divots in this screw created with the improper sized screwdriver for this screw. I show how to select the proper size and what the proper size will fit like.
