My biggest gripe with Palmetto is I cannot pick up the phone and place an order with them. They don't take phone orders that is the most basic form of placing orders. Web orders only. I have even called them to place an order and they would not take the order!!! That is poor customer service. If you have any influence with them, Don, then tell them about it please. Thanks.
