RCBS Chargemaster 1500 Dispenser and Scale Combo Key Pad Fix

After contacting customer service at RCBS via email, I tried the process they suggested to alleviate my keypad issue on my combo kit. It basically involved putting electrical dialectic grease on the BERG connector used to the connect the scale and powder dispenser. The results were not positive and the problem remains. The sad thing is that RCBS was not very helpful in resolving the problem.

If you know how to fix this problem, please let me know.
