In this video I take a defensive 9mm round, Hornady Critical Duty and re chamber it 40 times in 2 different pistols to see if there is a change in the overall length of the cartridge.

I'd say if people are really having this problem it's cause their is a problem with their gun or they are not rotating out their EDC ammo very often. You need to actually shoot your EDC ammo once in a while to make sure it's hitting where it should.
