Jared, this Red Flag Law scares the hell out of me. To begin I have a vindictive ex-wife. But, also, I have several employees. And some of them are border line in keeping their job because of their poor performance. Any one of those could Red Flag me and that could cause the loss of our business license simply because we run a rather "sensitive" type of business. One that is heavily monitored by the State. This is totally unconstitutional!!!
Anyone with a hint of sense saw this coming. I'm not sure how we undo this damage to basic liberty at this point. I think the slide into tyranny is well on it's way and unavoidable at this point. That doesn't mean we shouldn't stay active fighting for our rights, but I think the damage is too far gone. As it is I am worried that red flag laws in my own home state may be used maliciously to disarm people who voice dissent to the infringements on our rights, given that my state legislature (78% democrat supermajority btw) has shown a clear and documented hatred for the second amendment (including trying to disband the CCW review board in our shitty may issue state because it "approved too many ccw permits" despite people needing to prove a clear and present danger to even hope of being issued a permit).
