Remington 597 :: Weaver Rail Installation :: Musty Yeti

Well I've had a couple people ask me how I was going to install my red dot on my Remington 597. I took a trip down to my local gun store and found this weaver rail for 7 dollars. I've always been told that weaver rails will work with Picatinny accessories so I figured I would give it a shot. Turns out it works great. This is a really cheap way of attaching a red dot to your .22 caliber rifle. It beats paying 30 dollars for an actual Picatinny rail section. Thanks for watching guys.
