Why can the 9-hole/ 9-shot group can show a rifle's accuracy easier?, Why do3-shot groups have a tendency to distort our idea of a rifle's accuracy?

***EDIT: Rifle at 6:17-6:24 were shot at 400yards, not 600 yards***
