Safe Training with Rifle in High Muzzle...

Lots of people get very upset about my preference for Low Muzzle Ready, Reload, Moving and Manipulation positions over positions that point the muzzle high. I've worked with teams that swear by both and have no doubt that low muzzle is more consistent and efficient in the vast majority of situations. I also don't hesitate to point out that if you point the muzzle of the gun up over the backstop and you don't actually need to, you might needlessly be risking firing rounds off the range.
