Oh wow. A P365XL. Longer slide and barrel. Congrats! You will have that new non symetrical firing pin that is suppose to eliminate primer drag. My P365MS has been great so far. I call it a double stack mag being one and a half rounds. Anything over one is double to me. Haha. Dry firing it doesn't do that trigger justice. Feels like crap when you dry fire it. When you actually shoot it you can't believe that trigger is so much smoother and better than many other striker triggers. Its odd but there is a drastic difference between the dry fire trigger and the shooting trigger. You will know what I mean when you shoot it. I am sure you will like it. Thanks for sharing.

Robert, thanks for the word on the trigger. I’ll be looking into it tomorrow. Will be the first time shooting it. Glad to hear the trigger is better when firing. Thanks for watching and great comments.

@NC Gun Guy : When I first dry fired that trigger I though it felt like crap. Then I shot it and I could not believe how much better it was to other striker triggers live firing it.

@RobertM: you are right sir. The trigger is night and day different when shooting than dry firing. It has a very nice trigger. It’s close to a single action trigger. Very nice.

@NC Gun Guy : Haha. I knew you would like it but yeah it not the same trigger live fire as dry fire. If I were to pick up this pistol and base its dry fire trigger on how it shoots then I probably would not have gotten it. That is why you have to live fire a gun and dry fire is not always a reliable measure of a trigger.
