SAR: How to make Hollow Point Bullets (FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY! )

Every get tired of economic collapses, political coups or disasters that make it impossible to purchase hollow point bullets at your favorite gun store? Yea me too. Well now you can make your own hollow points; its not too hard to do and I will show you how.

Now this idea isnt new & its been around a long time, but since I am new to reloading I thot I would put this info out.
