Savage Axis 243 Heavy Barrel.. Project PRS Rifle, Part2

Got back out to test the upgrades for the Project PRS rifle. I have to say I'm super stoked about this rifle. The MDT LSS chassis as well as the Timney adjustable trigger has made this rifle into a shooter. Being able to post groups of well under and 1" with repeatability is more than I can ask for no more than the barreled action cost out the door. The Southern Ordenance oversized bolt handle makes cycling the action a breeze and the AR15 style ergos with the Magpul CTR stock and MOE+ grip make the feel of the rifle very familiar and easy to control. Im anxious to do some more load testing and see what it will do further out, Stay tuned for some more longer distance testing!
