I just started getting into the lights on guns. I'm not a huge fan but it was on sale so I had to make a move. I have a leather holster for my G19 & a leather mag pouch. Sometimes old school is the way to go. Thanks for the feedback!

@Gunguy2a: Well I like KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. I don't want unnecessary stuff hanging off my guns when I need to use them quickly and effectively. So if its not broke I'm not going to fix it. If I do have to fix it then I use OEM parts or factory parts. Manufacturers design guns to function the way they sell them and unapproved aftermarket parts can sometimes lead to function problems. Now if I have a gun that clearly the factory parts are not working so the gun functions like it should, then I may get proven aftermarket parts to fix it. But they have to be proven. I pretty much stick with leather or suede holsters. Plastic holsters are noisy going in and noisy coming out. If that light and holster work for you then use it. Don't mind me. I have just been shooting for so long I kind of stick with what works for me.

@RobertM: agreed I don’t care for kydex or lights either, but what works for one may not work for another. Hell I still carry a revolver sometimes, lol.

@NC Gun Guy : Hey I was drooling over a used Smith Model 10 police trade in at a gun shop today in super good shape. $375 and I think the cop that had it hardly ever shot it. If I didn't need that 365 so bad then I might have walked out with it.

@RobertM: might still be there! Did you get the Sig? Never been a big Sig fan but after fondling one of the P365 at a gun show it is definitely on my list. Unfortunately there are a few in front of it.

@NC Gun Guy : Still waiting on the 365MSs (manual safety) that probably won't be available until July. But boy was that Smith M10 sweet! :-)

@RobertM: I bet, was it the 4” or the snubby?
