Sig P365 XL Update: Problem Solved?

This gun is a mystery to me. I can fire 200 rounds with a 5%+ failure rate and then 400 rounds with one failure followed by 400 rounds with 5%+ failure rate. If it's user error what would the 400 rounds of 115gr ammo perform almost flawlessly? All of these rounds where fired in the same manor with a mix of freestyle, strong hand only and weak hand only. The same ammo that had a 5% failure rate in the 1000 round video ran flawlessly including 30 rounds of extreme limp wrist testing. The gun was also not cleaned at any point between the two range days. This gun is getting exchanged for another one through the distributor.
