Viewing the 2017 solar eclipse seen from the Continental United States. Traveled to Wyoming USA for the best view of the total solar eclipse. However, that was not good enough. After securing a guide and no time to acclimate to the altitude, we climbed our way to the summit of Buck Mountain (Mt. Buck) in the Teton Mountain Range. The view from the summit was one to never forget as the shadow of the moon quickly worked it's way across the country side as we looked towards the US state of Idaho.

One thing of note was that when just about 1/5 of the sun was covered the temperature began to drop dramatically. I'm not sure exactly how much but all of use started throwing on extra layers and hats. By the time it reached "totality" we were all very cold and some were shivering.

The other amazing thing from the summit was the view during Totality - we had a sunset like lighting on the entire 360 degree horizon. So cool it's hard to explain.

The time lapse footage was taken with a GoPro Action Camera seen here: http://amzn.to/2fCrsT5
