Steel challenge FAIL/Hog hunt FAIL

Rimfire steel challange today and I was really looking forward to it. Tonight hog hunt was on. Gonna be a fun weekend.
I'm 0 for 2.
First, at 2 am a big storm ran through with 60 mph gust, hail (beat the heck out of the garden) and torrential rain. Kept raining till about 8 am and more expected tonight. Creeks will rise all weekend. I'm no mud hunter so that's out.
Had the steel challenge so that's good and the weather broke. So did my Marlin. Got through the first stage with one jam but fixed that. Second stage it happened a second time and third time. Could not clear so I withdrew. NOT HAPPY.
Did everything in the world to make this thing run but it just won't, so I'm done with it.
First and second vid are the guys just in front of me in the second stage. Second guy was using a revolver and that was a slow run for him.
My FAILURE....Catastrophic FAILURE...is the last one with the Marlin.
I wonder how big a splash it would make if I throw it in the lake?
