Here's a short video of the Tap, Rack, Ready Drill. When faced with a deadly force situation, you must get back in the fight quick. So, if you hear a "click" when you're expecting a "bang", you'll now know what to do.
First, tap the bottom of the magazine. Second, reach over the top of the slide and rack the weapon. Third, get back on target and be ready to engage again. Remember: slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
