ACTUAL POLICE REPORT
So my girlfriend called my name it was 7-19-2016 aproxamatley 10:30-11:00pm as I was walking into the front room I noticed a cigarette burining right at the top of the stairs outside my front door. So I went back into my room grabed my light and clicked it on and off real fast about half way down the hallway and there was infact a man there holding a cigerete in his right hand nothing in the left hand he appeared to be a physicaly active man( someone that's in decent shape) he was white if he weigh more then me it was no more than 25 pounds I weigh 135 ish that's as far as I could recal for description
the man did not seem to be trying to force entry into my house so I walked the rest of the way in the front room and he walked away I went back into the bedroom to the window to make sure he wasn't trying to force entry and to make sure it's closed and locked then I checked my front door to make sure the deadbolt was locked then went back to the front room as I was walking around the couch I noticed he was back but farther out to the left next to the end pillar of the upstairs poarch not quite standing behind it but in line with it just far enough over to be able to see her sitting on the couch I did not shine him again because as soon as he noticed id seen him he walked away towards the back of the house so then I shut off all the llights shut off the tv the airconditioning and fans barred my sliding door and me and my girlfriend sat on the couch in a way we could not be easily seen in about 5 minutes he walked by the patio door again but not stopping so then we went into the bedroom the whole ordeal was aproxamatley 20 min long from the first time I spotted him to the last time I had seen him. After the last time we had seen him we went into our bedroom then when we were in our bedroom I though maybe it was just someone locked out of the apartment building and was just too afraid to ask back in so I went to the main door to see if he was out there to ask him where he lived if that had been the case but the main door was propped open with a rock so I kicked the rock out of the way shut the main door securely and went back into my apartment the next day I was looking for foot prints and I found a ciggarete butt witch I had assumed it was his. about 4 feet from my bedroom window the cigarette was a marbolro king .
if the guy was waiting for a ride the ride never showed , I was up tell 1am ish and no one pulled in during that time .like 15 min's before all this happened there was a truck sitting here idaling for around 10 min lights on too then left.
Ps sorry about the poor description I was in a panic and all I was doing when I shined him with my light was to make sure he did not have a weapon, make sure he was not trying to come into the house and if he is a threat and how immediate of a threat
