The Invictus Singer
Lt. Col. Thomas R. Moss was the pilot of the B-24 Liberator nicknamed "Invictus" by her crew. Beginning in the Army Air Corps in February 1942, Moss would go on to fly in 35 missions over war-torn Europe, totaling an astonishing 279 combat hours.
This Singer M1911A1 pistol was issue to him new, in-the-box, accompanied him on every single mission, and remained in his possession until 2018. Lt. Col. Moss passed in 2020, but his legacy lives on proudly in the Invictus Singer.
