The Marlin 336 CS 30-30 lever action rifle. How could I say no?

I found myself browsing the rifles at SS Pawn in Lexington, NE when I noticed this wood and steel beauty sitting on the end. It had just the right amount of wear on it where it looked used but no abused. I had no choice but to pick it up. I should be taking it to the range here shortly but I am very impressed with the quality of the fit and finish. It is one of the few used guns that I own but must say that if you have a chance to pick one up, do not let it pass you by. If you do buy one, I would say that now you should be safe picking one up now that Remington has had time to work out the issues they caused when they moved the tooling to their own plant. Otherwise, try to pick one up manufactured before 2006.
