This is Sarge here at C4 Defense with another installment of our Two Minute Drill series. The Switch Hitting Drill is designed to be shot at 3 yards, one handed, starting with your dominate hand, switching to non-dominate, then back and forth after every made shot. This drill definitely help with dexterity and concentrating on shooting with our non-dominate hand. Please be extra careful, and don't rush, when switching back and forth.
