This is Sarge here at C4 Defense, and today I'm gonna show you the Tri 10 Drill from Steve Burnett's Live Fire Drill Cards Training Log Book. This drill emphasizes shooting in various grip positions and changing those grips in a timely manner. I'm gonna shoot 4 dominate two hand grip, 3 dominate one hand grip, and 3 non dominate one hand grip in hopefully under 10 seconds. I'm also trying to keep them all in the light blue section of the target that encompasses the head.
