Be extremely skeptical of any security conscious vendor that recommends printing forms at home. EVERY modern printer places near invisible (yellow) dots which are easily decoded by LEA's that mark date/time, retail location if physically purchased, and now that most printers are wireless, your IP address which might as well be GPS. Ultimately, you're providing data to the company, if they get raided your options for plausable deniability are drastically reduced. "It was shipped to grandma, how am I involved" gone. Best way to go is what you suggested, all library and after printing, use a copy machine (adjust it for low contrast), then ship out THAT paper. Call me nuts, but plenty of horror stories out there.
