What? No hostage targets? Haha. Combat pistol matches.......er...excuse me.....today they call them "tactical" pistol matches are fun and help you get better at run and gun. In my day I can recall every single target I had to shoot was a small bad guy poking out behind a big hostage.

My thing was more bowling pin matches. Three tables. Five pins on each table. Clear the tables in the best time. Front pins were major class pistol. Middle pins were minor class pistol and back pins were rimfire class pistol. Ah, gun club memories. Thanks for sharing.

I guess you guys are using white targets for the good guys or hostages separate from the bad guys.

@RobertM: Our club matches were IDPA though, not USPSA.
