Vepr 12 Folding Stock Weld Cutting

How I broke the weld on the Vepr12 stock so it could be folded. I overdubbed audio to explain what I did after the fact. Once it was cut enough to break, I took a rubber mallet and hit the stock a couple light taps until it broke free. Cleaned it up, taped it off, and hit it with a couple coats of black paint and primer.
