Before stepping into a 3rd party situation, you better make sure you are in the right! It is good that the guy came out of top without charges. In situations like this, it is easy to step in on the wrong side or in where both side are in the wrong! I know some are saying that but she is a woman. It could of just as easily been a situation where she assaulted him and he reacted. That is a problem when you step into a 3rd party situation not knowing everything that happened before you came into the situation. Use good judgement!
