I’m not on YouTube so I don’t even know if you will see this. I agree 100% with what you said. However you left out half of the issue. I don’t fault Walmart for making a policy change and asking or telling customers not to open carry. They are well within in their right to do so. No issue there. The issue I have is when the CEO then sent the letter to Congress and the president and said they backed universal background checks and red flag laws. Once they made a political decision instead of just a business decision that’s when people including me got up in arms over it. That is why people say Walmart don’t support the 2nd amendment. Don’t you agree. We felt the same with Dicks. I don’t care if they stop selling ARs and 30 round mags and such. Business decision fine, I’m good with that. However they didn’t just send back their current inventory to the manufacturers, they came out and said they were going to destroy them, because they were evil or something. This was just a move to get the soccer moms on board so they could sell more soccer balls. Well good luck. They lost a lot of business from me. Folks have to do as they have to do for their families. Walmart sells a lot more than guns and ammo and some people have no other place to go to buy groceries or clothes. I don’t fault them. Dicks on the other hand is a nice to have store. I can buy a gun safe, kayak, treadmill and ammo from others. Oh yea, that’s right I did. I also have other choices for groceries and clothes besides Walmart, so yea they don’t get anymore money from me.
