Water Jug Ballistics Test- Lee 300gr cast 45 Colt +P

I conducted a controlled expansion test (in water jugs) of some handloaded 45 Colt+P. My Miroku Winchester 1892 really likes my cast and powdercoated Lee 300 grain flat nose boolits; I load them over a stout load of Winchester 296 (~40,000psi). 1650-1750 fps. I previously tested bare cast boolits, and they expanded and penetrated nicely. I had heard some folks express concern that the powdercoat might prevent bullets from expansion, so I lined up some water jugs..., five jugs and good expansion! Winchester 1892 and Rossi only loads, not for weak revolvers or careless handloaders.
