What does "Barney Up" mean in shooting sports?

"I would like to Barney Up" means put one more cartridge in my firearm to load it to maximum capacity. This is called "Barney Up" in honor of Barney Fife played by Don Knotts in the television series "The Andy Griffith show".
Sherriff Andy Taylor would only let Barney have one bullet.
So Barney could only put one bullet in his revolver.
