"˜My life is over' man says after shooting another man in the back.

After getting into a physical altercation with an intoxicated man, a Chicago Transit Authority employee shot a man in the back as he was fleeing. Clearly, an unjustified shooting and he didn't even have a concealed carry permit.

He knew he was wrong because the first thing he told his co-worker was that his life was over.

Control your anger and ego or don't carry concealed.
