9th Circuit Ruled In Favor Of Open Carry!

That's right, a 3 judge panel of 9th Circuit ruled in favor of open carry in Young v The State of Hawaii! This case, which originated in Hawaii, is a great victory for gun rights in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which includes California. As great as this news is, the fight may not be over, since Hawaii may elect to petition for an en banc hearing... so the fight for the Second Amendment rages on.
