Californians Can Buy High Capacity Magazines- NOT! Pittsburgh Passes Gun Ban!

A Federal Judge ruled that California's magazine ban was unconstitutional, then issued a stay of thed order pending the results of an appeal by the State. The city of Pittsburgh, PA passed a sweeping gun ban, despite Pennsylvania's preemption law. Two Arkansas men were arrested for shooting each other while wearing a bullet proof vest. A study shows that "Assault Weapon" bans have NO effect on crime.
