Virginia shooter reportedly a muslim - did purification ritual before attack

Who are they and these people? Is this info of yours fresh off the internet? I am somewhat a local, I live in rural NC 45 minutes from where this happened. Our loacal news comes from Norfolk and Virginia Beach. I work in Virginia about 15 miles from where this happened and in fact I have a project going on at Bldg.2. I’ll say one reason the local media is not reporting much on him and they will not repeat his name is because the Police Chief, mayor, city manager asked them not to utter his name again out of respect for the victims and their families. They are running this story pretty much non stop. I Can’t speak for the national news as to what they are saying but that is the local and I take my hat off to them will not talk about him
Don’t stir a pot that don’t need stirring. I don’t know if he was Muslim or not. I doubt it with the name he had but whatever. He was a citizen of this country and under the constitution he could be and practice whatever religion he wanted. Don’t take that out of context I’m not standing up for him as he is a POS and hope he burns in hell for what he’s done. If he was Muslim i’m Sure it will come out but in the investigation and if it does so what it will just add more fuel to the fire. I will say one thing to everyone reading this. One thing all of the city public officials say about his weapon was it was a 45 caliber handgun. He had several “extended” magazines and a “ sound surpressor”. When The city officials are asked over and over why he had a silencer, “they” said so he could shoot more people. His victims would be unsuspected. Take that for what its worth but guess what the gun grabbers will come for next? I bet Trump will be on board with that like he was for bumpstocks.
