WWI Colt 1911

A look at the modern reproduction (limited run) of the World War One era Colt 1911
This is a real piece of history just like one of the pistols that came off the production line during WWI
And it's a Colt..
We had the chance to put it along side an actual World War One era 1911 to see them side by side

The Modern version is dark black, as they were during war production
While the actual 1911 is now in WWII arsenal refinish condition.. because at some point around World War Two, this pistol was refinished and had some parts replaced with newer (1911-A1 style) items
