On November 1st, 2018, GunStreamer notified the UGEWorld team (UGETube, Utah Gun Exchange, and related parties) of their intent to withdraw from negotiations to merge the companies.

GunStreamer is a user-generated video sharing site, featuring anything related to (but not limited to) firearms or weapons for informational and entertainment purposes.
