GunStreamer withdraws from merger discussions with UGEWorld, UGETube, Utah Gun Exchange

On November 1st, 2018, GunStreamer notified the UGEWorld team (UGETube, Utah Gun Exchange, and related parties) of their intent to withdraw from negotiations to merge the companies.

"We feel that our viewers and content creators alike will be better served at this time by having the GunStreamer team work with the direct purpose of satisfying our users needs," said Austin Roberts, CEO and Founder of GunStreamer. "We have tremendous respect for the UGEWorld team and we hope to maintain a strong relationship with them. We look forward to the possibility of working closely with them, now and in the future."

GunStreamer is a user-generated video sharing site, featuring anything related to (but not limited to) firearms or weapons for informational and entertainment purposes. GunStreamer was built to provide users the ability to express their interests and opinions freely, without interference from political bias of the company.
